New Dawn, Chapter 9, Finding a Reason

Previously, on New Dawn;
     Now, Necromancer, destroy Photon Wyvern with Insanity Curse!" The Necromancer then took a spellbook out of his pocket and read a spell, then a green light emerged under the glowing dragon and it was gone, defeating Jakke.
     "AAAHH!!!!! God it burns!!!!! What the Hell is happening!!" Jakke sreamed. The left sleeve of his jacket was gone halfway between his elbow and shoulder. And on his skin you could see a glowing green tatoo that looked like an inverted pentagram. The same figure had appeared in his eye. "What the Hell did you do to me!?" he said through his obvious pain.
     "I gave you the sight I have Jakke. Welcome to the family" was all that Wolfe said. He turned around to face Donovan in the audience. He had a look in his eyes that said, as if telepathically, 'I will beat you' and walked away.

     After the duel, Jakke was just lying on the ground as Wolfe had walked away. Donovan and Jay hurried to get him to the hospital wing. While they were waiting for Jakke's diagnosis to be done, they explained everything to Jess.
     "So it looks like the only person in your way for getting revenge on Wolfe is The Stranger" Jess told them when they finished.
     "Which just so happens that their duel is later today. Pretty convenient I guess," Jay said, "how's Hade doing?"
     "Same state, he seemed to be having nightmares though" Jess told him.
     "The next time I see Wolfe I swear I'll-" Donovan started.
     "You'll what?" The three were yet again startled by Wolfe's swift appearance.
     "You bastard! What did you do to Jakke!?" Donovan yelled at him.
     "I did nothing, nothing that would've hurt him" Wolfe replied. At this Donovan decided to throw a punch at him. Wolfe caught it without even looking at him. "Throwing the first punch is never a good choice kid" then, in a flash Wolfe was behind Donovan, holding his arm behind him. "Knock it off, or you'll never know who put Hade in here" Wolfe said dominantely.
     "Alright, alright. Just let go of me," he said, and Wolfe complied, "Now tell us what happened to Hade.
     "When he walked out to get some fresh air, he was really looking for a duel. And he found The Stranger. They dueled outside and Hade lost pretty badly. Stranger is another duelist with a possesed card, but he seemed able to control himself at least" Wolfe explained.
     "Great, Hade told me there were more people with those hear," Donovan said, "but it's too late for Hade now. I have to beat The Stranger. I have my reason now"
     "Good way of thinking kid. Listen, I'm sorry about Jakke," Wolfe said, "but I can't afford to lose this tournament. I better get going now" And he just walked on. Jay and Jess turned to see Donovan looking downward.
     "Then I guess I better stop you," he said before raising his head, "before you do this again"
     "Donovan, what's wrong dude?" Jay asked.
     "Nothing is wrong. I just found my reason to win this tournament," he answered sternly, "to stop that madman" Donovan then walked away without another word.
     "Man, I can't wait to see his next duel with him like this," Jess said, "it oughta be one hell of a duel"

Author's Note; The saying 'it oughta be one hell of a duel' is a hint that the mentioned duel will take multiple chapters to finish.
